Clean

With a dedicated and highly efficient Clean Room, housing latest technology injection moulding machinery, we are capable of manufacturing products for the electronic, aerospace, pharmaceutical and medical industries. Our process is highly efficient and specialized.

 

Our Clean Room is a controlled environment where we manufacture according to GMPs (Good Manufacturing Processes) thereby ensuring safe products that can be used in the above niche industries. We are also certified according to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

 

Our Clean Room design revolves around the principles of ISO 14644-1. The air that enters the Clean Room is HEPA filtered. Our Clean Room systems also perform temperature control to keep the production process stable and reliable.

Our electrically driven injection moulding machines are high speed and designed for high productivity. They have state-of-the-art robots allowing for products to be produced to exacting customer standards.

Tailored IML Labelling Solutions

We can print your logo brand on products using an in mould labelling (IML) process which is a highly advanced decoration process for plastic containers in which a pre-manufactured custom label (with your branding) is positioned directly in the mould. Combining the decoration process with the moulding process cuts the total cost.

Assembly & Packaging

Assembly & packaging complete Medena’s range of services. We offer onsite customassembly and packaging together with large warehousing and storage facilities to provide absolute convenience to our customers.

We can offer flow-packing and wrapping of products post production. This is a type of packaging with which a wide variety of pharmaceutical and medical products can be packed in an organized way.

Our assembly facility allows us to build your final product in virtually any volume – from one to one hundred million – by hand assembly or full automation. We can kit, package and deliver your products for you.
